2. Continue to Upwork
After submitting the form, follow the instructions to continue through Upwork for booking, communication and payment.
3. Complete Your Payment
Pay the consultation fee through Upwork’s payment system, following the instructions provided during booking.
4. Choose Your Appointment Time
Once payment is confirmed, arrange a date and time for your private online consultation.
5. Meet Dr. Kahraman Online
During your 45–75-minute video consultation, Dr. Rıza Kahraman will review your Pomeranian’s history, discuss the condition and explain the recommended next steps.
Your Care Plan
The consultation is designed to help create an individual treatment roadmap for your Pomeranian, including a plan for the year ahead. Dr. Kahraman will explain the proposed treatment, expected timeline and associated costs.

Information and photographs you share are kept confidential and used only for your dog’s evaluation.
